Poorly Managed and Maintained property

This building is incredibly run down and dirty. From the broken front door to the dirty unstable stairwell. You can expect mice, cockroaches, sewage leaks, stole packages and rent stabilized neighbors who blast music and heavy cigarette smoke. Unprofessional Super and Property Manager. Not worth it.

Decent Apartment, Badly Managed Building

My current apartment has been great for the last 2 years. However this past year, my girlfriend and I were left without gas for 6 months, were not offered any sort of reimbursement and were required to pay the full amount of the recently raised rent. Outside of the management of the building, the actual apartment gets the job done. With high ceilings, a spacious bathroom (for a studio in New York City ) and decent storage space- it offers just enough room for one or two very close people. The location is great, being close to good restaurants, a new Whole Foods, and the 4,5,6 trains. Central Park and The Met are also within walking distance.
