Additional charge of $65 per night (can only be added for the entire stay); the BBQ grill is additional $150 to use for the entire stay. *It is REQUIRED to be requested up to 24 hours prior to check-in date, if requested AFTER check-in there will be an extra $30 connection fee. *The maximum temperature of the pool is between 80-85F. We recommend pool heat from October through March, but note that during the winter the water does not heat up to its full capacity, therefore we will not reimburse due to weather conditions, as it is not a mechanical issue.
