Enjoy the free washer and dryer, spacious outdoor areas, and access to the community amenity center/clubhouse with a fitness center. Enjoy access to two onsite pools and a playground. Parking can accommodate up to 2 vehicles in the parking area in front of the property on a first-come, first-serve basis. Enjoy proximity to Disney World (5 miles), Universal (15 miles), and Sea World (15 miles). Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum guest capacity is 7 at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Check-out time is 10 AM, and staying beyond the scheduled check-out time may incur a fee of up to $300. The private hot tub is not heated and will remain at ambient outdoor temperature.
