There is a walk-in closet. The grounds are beautifully maintained with palm trees, California Natives and lots of succulents. The smell of sage, rosemary, lavendar and jasmine fill the air and hummingbirds love to frequent. The garden is weekly landscaped and maintained. The bungalow has your own private entrance. The parking is super easy with no street signs or meters so you never have to look for parking. The property is located in a very convenient and safe neighborhood situated between Beverly Hills and Culver City in an area known as Beverlywood/ Castle Heights. The location is a very private residential area that is very safe and central to most of West Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Culver City, Westwood, Century City and East access to the 10 and 405 freeway.
