Property Ratings at 301 Greenville
I lived here for a few years, one of the worst run places I’ve ever lived. There are certainly Roach and Rat issues here, I had people below me have rats in the walls and would find chewed up food next day. This place will also keep your deposit as “there policy is to keep it because of Covid” we’re in 2025! When I mentioned I had the place professionally cleaned and if I knew that they would keep it anyway o wouldn’t have bothered. Horrible staff here also they will lie to your face and the company is terrible, look up knightvest and you will see.
