It is really great for a in-home business as it has nicely finished 300 sq ft that has a separate entrance and it can be completely separate from the residence, or completely connected whichever you prefer, and it has it's own toilet and sink. . It is similar to townhome living in that all landscape maintenance is included , but it is a completely detached single family home Quality Cabinets, pantry and stainless steel appliances, and durable carpets on stairs and in bedrooms. Workshop and garage is carpeted with Airport grade commercial carpet tiles. Nice large deck space for outdoor living. Small stone patio with tiny yard for minimal landscaping needs. Carpeted Garage- nice for hobbies. Or this space will make a fabulous family room, or workshop. 3 parking spaces, + 1 1/2 car garage. Lots of storage space . New Natural gas furnace and water heater in 2019. double pane windows, highly insulated. New Gas cooktop 2018. Gas fireplace . New Miele dishwasher 2023 . New roof in 2022. New paint, and the hardwoods were refinished in 2020. UTILITY COST The utilities are as follows. This is based on the year 2022 with 4 people living in the home . The utility customer service said the last three years have been very consistent, so I believe that you can count on this estimate being very close to what will occur. Water, Sewer and Garbage $211.73/month Electricity $133.16/month Natural Gas ( the furnace heat and the cooktop ) - about $20 in the summer months and as high as $90 in the winter months . ( I can't get the actual as it was under the tenants name ) The WiFi is with Comcast.
