About This Property

I am subleasing my apartment, the remainder of the lease is through June 2022. There is onsite parking with an included parking pass as well as additional street parking. It comes unfurnished, I will leave the brand new microwave I purchased for the unit. This unit was completely renovated when I moved in with brand new appliances, flooring, carpet and washer/dryer. This is also a first floor corner unit! The apartment complex comes has a pool and is pet friendly! The price listed is the base rent, the complex does charge a few additional fees for water, trash, and gas usage. I will be covering the rent for the month of October.
