Because of its location in the building, the unit is very quiet and private and does not share walls with neighboring units. Sit upstairs, drink your beverage of choice and enjoy your view of the Sandia Mountains. The chalkboard downstairs actually has a Murphy bed behind it! (wow) Also, there’s an in-unit washer/dryer combo unit - simply load your clothes and it both washes and dries in the same machine! All lighting and the fan are controlled by Lutron smart switches, allowing you to toggle the switches themselves (like regular switches) OR turn the lights and fan on or off using your voice or phone. The bathroom was remodeled in 2025. The building is located within walking distance to lots of great restaurants, coffee shops, the bars downtown (you’ll save money on Ubers living here), and the Silver Market Grocery Store.
