This home is designed for fun, relaxation, and easy group stays, offering ample space for up to 14 guests. This home is designed for both connection and comfort, featuring two separate living areas for socializing and downtime. The full kitchen is equipped to prepare meals, with a dining table for indoor gatherings and additional seating outside. Entertainment is a highlight with a game room complete with a pool table, game console, and air hockey. Enjoy the patio or balcony, with a pool and hot tub available year-round. A backyard and fire pit offer additional space for evening gatherings, and a BBQ grill is provided for outdoor cooking. Free parking is available on premises and a private entrance adds convenience to your stay. Pool and spa heating can be added for an additional cost of $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. Long-term stays are allowed. Situated within Reunion Resort in Kissimmee, this home is part of a luxury gated community known for its golf courses and proximity to attractions. Restaurants, parks, and entertainment options are easily accessible, with water parks and other activities just a short drive away. Please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts, as many residents are full-time. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 14 guests are allowed at any given time. Up to 2 cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please do not park on the grass or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For 1-night reservations, guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, therefore, supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, enough detergent pods for up to two (2) loads are provided. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge are provided. A coffee maker is available, however, coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. We welcome furry friends, however, a written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required. We allow 1 house-trained dog (please specify breed and weight). A pet fee is applied and subject to up to a $150 security deposit. Includes Wifi for entertainment and connection.
