This condo features a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen includes an electric stove, granite countertops, a refrigerator, a toaster oven, pots and pans, cups, dishes, utensils, a knife set, and a coffee maker, along with basic cooking supplies. The bathroom is fully functional. Linens, towels, washcloths, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board are provided. The building controls the A/C and heating, and the unit only controls the speed and force of the air. Laundry access is available in the basement. Public parking is available; contact for details. Centrally located in a tourist and business area on Peachtree Street, this condo provides superb access to the city's premier attractions. The GWCC, Phillips Arena, Georgia Dome, America's MART, CNN Center, World of Coke, and the Aquarium are all within walking distance. The building is situated in a safe, well-traveled area, with City Ambassadors available to assist visitors. The MARTA station is just two blocks away, allowing for quick travel to the airport and other city attractions. From the door of the apartment, it takes approximately 30 minutes to reach the Atlanta Airport via MARTA. Nearby attractions include CNN, GWCC, GA Aquarium, The World of Coke Museum, Imagine It, College Football Hall of Fame, The New Falcons Stadium, Civil Rights Museum, Centennial Park, The Sundial Restaurant, The Fox Theater, Capital, GSU, OSU, GA TECH, Emory Crawford Long, and Grady Memorial. Smoking or vaping inside the building will result in a $250 fine. No pets are allowed in the unit; a violation will result in a $600 fine from the building. Missing the building sensor card/fob will result in a $100 replacement cost. Late check-out that's not agreed upon will result in an extra cleaning fee and inconvenience fee around $200 and up.
