This spacious apartment offers comfort and convenience with two separate bedrooms, a cozy living room with a dining area and a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The inviting living room features a comfortable sofa that converts into an additional bed. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living room and includes a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, stove and/or toaster oven, and an electric plate. Clean linens and towels are provided. Each bedroom is equipped with a closet, heating/air conditioning unit, and windows that allow natural light to fill the space. For your entertainment, a flat LCD TV hangs on the wall, offering a variety of channels through the Roku streaming TV. All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Getting around the neighborhood is a breeze, thanks to the Q Second Avenue/Broadway Express subway station just a few steps away from the apartment. The 6 Green Line 96th Street Subway Station and the M15 cross-town bus are within walking distance. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month (between June 1st and October 1st, utilities are $360 per month). A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance.
