As a REALTOR®, Gina Marie Bettenhauser has had the unique opportunity to unite her two passions – real estate and advocacy. Bettenhauser’s dedication to her profession and her clients has awarded her many accolades within her company, Coldwell Banker Reliable Real Estate, located in Shoreham, New York, including most recently as a member of the International President’s Circle, which recognizes the top 7% of all Coldwell Banker sales associates worldwide. Through her years in servant leadership, Gina has experience serving at every level on numerous state, local, and national committees and local board task forces. These positions enabled her to demonstrate her steadfast commitment to helping the Long Island Board of REALTORS® (LIBOR), where she served as President in 2023, fulfill its role of maintaining professional standards within the industry. As a REALTOR® Party advocate, Bettenhauser is a loyal Major Investor in the REALTOR® Political Action Party (RPAC) and a member of the President’s Circle. RPAC’s Major Investors are an elite and passionate group of REALTORS® whose investments shape the political future of the real estate industry. Gina is also vested in her community of Shoreham Wading River. One of her most notable achievements as a community volunteer was receiving the SCOPE Education Services Community Service Award for her contributions to the district and the broader community. She also serves as the President of the Wildcat Athletic Booster Club.
