The apartment exterior features a beautiful, covered mahogany deck, separate driveway for tandem 2-car parking, and a fenced-in backyard with a large patio. UTILITIES: Owner pays for water, sewer, and trash. Tenant pays for all other utilities. DEPOSITS: 1st month rent and security deposit (equal to 1st month rent). POLICIES: No smoking of any kind. No cats or dogs of any kind. SCREENING REQUIREMENTS: Applicants who do not meet minimum screening standards will not be approved. 1.
