About This Property
Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath home with single car attached garage and large back yard. Home features fireplace, dining room, and breakfast nook within the kitchen. Applicants must have a 650 credit score with no prior evictions or felonies. Verifiable income will also need to be provided (check stubs, LES, award letters) 3x the monthly rent amount. Deposits are non-refundable if applicant cancels. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Applicant is not approved until all information is submitted and notified of approval by CCR. Pet Policy: Pets are permitted with a 25 lb. maximum weight limit. No aggressive breeds are allowed. For each pet there is a $250 non-refundable pet fee and $10 monthly pet rent.
