Bedroom 1 features a queen-size bed, office desk, chair, and reading lamps. Bedroom 2 features two double-size beds and reading lamps. There are two full bathrooms, each with a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, hand towels, washcloths, and essential toiletries. Parking is available with one spot. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. For units that permit pets, an additional cleaning fee of $20 per night is required. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a fee of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements.
