PROPERTY DESCRIPTION - - Not ready yet but this "all utilities included" apartment will look fabulous when the new owners finish furnishing. You may rent short term furnished, or rent for a year or more with your own furnishings. We have some storage space in the basement. This spacious two-bedroom apartment in a stately brick three-family building located on the East Side of Providence, a highly desirable location in the Brown University neighborhood. Rent includes all utilities i.e., heat, hot water and electricity. This apartment has a large galley kitchen with lots of storage, a dining room, ample living room with a non-working fireplace and an L shaped sofa. This apartment has a larger than usual bathroom with a tub and shower. The master bedroom is adjacent to the bathroom. The two bedrooms are separated by a full bathroom and hallway. The master bedroom has a queen bed and two closets. The second bedroom has two rooms; one with a full bed, and another attached room with bookshelves that could be used as an office, added bedroom, playroom, etc. We accept dogs under 30 lbs. The cleaning fee is one-time only. The washer and dryer are in the finished basement. Some storage space is available in the basement. While the fireplace adds ambiance, it is not a working fireplace. There is a private and quiet fenced back yard. This extraordinary apartment is located at the top of Blackstone Boulevard, famous for its tree-lined bike and footpaths in front of architecturally beautiful homes.
