Newer carpet in the living room and hardwoods in the kitchen, you'll be able to watch TV while you cook and clean! Eat in kitchen leads to sliding patio doors and a level back yard! Upstairs you'll find the primary bedroom with dual vanity, separate shower and tub, and walk-in closet. Additionally, there are two bedrooms with walk-in closets and a full bathroom. All bedrooms have newer carpet and paint! The laundry is also located upstairs and the washer and dryer are included! Rent includes monthly HOA dues, pest/termite service, and yard maintenance!! Monthly rent includes access to the playground, tennis courts, and pool! Tenant will be responsible for all utilities.
