The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

About the Listing Agent
Brian S. Curry
RE/MAX DFW Associates
A native Texan, Brian was born in Longview in 1976. He grew up outside of Philadelphia and was introduced to real estate at an early age. His grandparents and great-grandparents were all real estate investors, and his father owned a portion of the First Monday Trade Days in Canton. As a boy, Brian spent his summers in Texas with his father preparing the grounds for this famous landmark. His first “real" job was at age 14 working at a produce stand for a man who also happened to be a real estate investor and who, at times, would have Brian help him work on his properties. With this background, you can say that real estate was in his DNA from the start. While most REALTORS® choose real estate as a part-time job or second career, Brian’s path was clear. At age 22, he earned his real estate license and began selling real estate with RE/MAX under the training of one of the top REALTORS® in the state. Being far younger than his professional peers, he understood the challenge his clients faced by putting their greatest financial transaction in such a young man’s hands; thus, he dedicated himself to becoming an expert in various aspects of real estate. Wanting to give his clients that extra edge, he earned the coveted Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation - achieved by only 3% of REALTORS® - and the prestigious Certified Relocation Specialist (CRP) designation - achieved by less than 1% of REALTORS®. Over the years, he earned numerous additional designations and certifications, putting himself in an elite class of REALTORS® - one of the few globally with this broad spectrum of knowledge and education. Brian continually receives awards for sales volume and was awarded the RE/MAX Hall of Fame honor. With his high level of service and commitment, Brian has earned considerable success in his nearly 20 years as a real estate professional and has gained the respect of his peers and hundreds of satisfied clients. His focus continues to be new and resale residential real estate in the areas of luxury housing, corporate relocation, first-time and move-up buyers, and investors. Brian works with both sellers and buyers in Collin and surrounding counties.
