      Western Hills/ Ridglea is a populated area about 10 miles west of Downtown Fort Worth. This suburban neighborhood is popular for commuters as it’s bounded to the west by Interstate 820 and to the north by I-30. While the majority of town consists of residential areas, commercial developments dot the area too, especially along Camp Bowie Boulevard. Expansive community parks and a golf course are located within the neighborhood’s limits as well. Parks and trails along Clear Fork Trinity River and Walnut Creek provide residents with additional outdoor recreational opportunities.       One lady in the office is terrible

      I have been here since they opened. The application process was longer than I wanted but I got the apartment I wanted. Now every SINGLE time I call the office to inform them of something and, DENISE answers, they won't get the message. She is crude and dismissive in person and over the phone. She blames you for her mistakes. I walked inside the office to get something fixed and she wrote my apt number down on scrap paper and it didn't get fixed for a week! When I called to check they came right up. I really like the apartments not some of the tenants but they are nice and new and private. It's a pretty cool place

      These apartments are great. We are new tenants and we say everyday we made the right choice by moving here. Our application process was fast and everyone is so nice. Thank you team!! We love our new place.

      Customer service

      They are slow and lack customer service. They don’t answers the phones, people barley respond to you needs. Although I understand why the application process is lengthy for the reason alone they are income based, they are not on their P’s & Q’s. So much back and forth, you have to remind them of their job. They are not good with following up, I call 4 times a day to get things done or to remind them of what next. It was just an horrible experience with the application, and tour. The office staff are uncoordinated, they lack communication between each other.

      POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

      Leasing worker(Vanessa)is very to the most unprofessional.Vanessa was supposedly getting my papers ready for the application but instead she was in the apartment lounge laughing with other workers for about 8 minutes, we were required to bring a certain amount of information on the list, once we bring this information Vanessa and the other workers continued to ask for more references. It’s very frustrating when you bring the things needed and you have to travel to get more information,when they should’ve Included the other information that you were supposed to get on the application papers also.Now if you want to waste your time I suggest put in the application fee and the deposit for these apartments. If you don’t want to waste your time do not I repeat do not put in the application fee for these apartments. They look nice but workers and staff will do anything for you not to get accepted into these apartments by asking you for additional information that was not listed on the requirements. Also when I stepped into the office it took about five minutes for staff to even interact with me. I politely way to the staff...no interaction whatsoever. So after the five minutes of waiting someone politely escorted me to the chairs to sit out and discuss information about the apartments. It takes the staff about 20 minutes to actually sit down with me and discuss the actual application fee and additional charges. I do not suggest these apartments whatsoever.
