In another 30 minutes you can be up on the ski slopes. A prewar building built in 1919, the Belvedere is one of Utah’s Downtown gems. And fortunately the building has retained a lot of its original grandeur and charm. This apartment was completely remodeled but kept the original architectural elements. Hardwood floors, exposed brick, cement pillars, and copper piping throughout the apartment makes this one unique for SLC—something you might see in NYC or SF.
