(617) 471-0112 - Brookside House Lodging - Property Id: 148246 We have furnished rooms with either semi-private or common baths to rent for guests whose stay is a little too long for Hotels or Motels; but too short for an apartment lease. Our weekly prices are $226, up to $255 plus tax. We are located just south of Boston, Massachusetts. It is a short 5 minute to the Quincy Center T Station located on Boston's train, bus, and commuter rail red line. Office hours are Mondays & Thursdays 10:30 am to 1:00 pm and Monday through Friday afternoons 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm. No appointment needed. There is free off-street parking at Brookside House. All of our guest rooms are non-smoking, but we do have designated outside smoking areas. If you enjoy cooking and eating in, you will find specious kitchens and cabinets in the a dining area for your convenience. Like Boston, Quincy is a historical American City. It was established in 1625 and offers many sites to explore including the President's Church, the Adams' family homesteads, and historic cemeteries.
