Credit report a plus. letter of recommendation from previous rental a plus. Prefer no pets. no smoking. Swimming pool and jacuzzi available during season. My downstairs corner unit is one building away from streets both directions. I live in thousand oaks not far away. I like my tenants to keep me informed of any issues because I want them fixed/( unit kept in good shape.) hot water and your water bill and your trash bill is covered thru HOA dues. If you like living there And I like you, after 1 year lease I will offer again. So it's not just for one year. I think a few years or longer as a rental for this unit.
