About This Property

This loft in historic Market House is approximately 800 square feet with views overlooking CHS Field, Holman Field and the Mississippi River. It has been freshly repainted. All utilities are included in rent (electric, high speed internet/WiFi (600 Mbps), water, sewer, trash and recycling). The only item not included in the rent price is optional off-street parking (available starting at $45/month). The unit has a smart thermostat to control heating and cooling. All appliances are stainless steel and most are less than 5 years old. Washer and dryer are in unit and are less than 2 years old. The refrigerator has an ice maker. Renters have access to the shared community room and rooftop deck. There is approximately 15' x 15' x 4' of storage space under the lofted bedroom. Closets are cedar lined and contain built-in storage. Bullvino's Churrascaria, Phe Coffeehouse and Metronome Brewing are all located in the same building. Many other restaurants and attractions are withing walking distance, including: Union Station, the St. Paul Farmer's Market, Dark Horse Eatery, Barrel Theory Brewing, the light-rail green line, Mears Park, the Bulldog Lowertown, among others.
