A designated parking spot is included. Laundry facilities are available on the 6th floor for self-service, with each load costing $2.75. There’s also an external laundry service that offers same-day return. No parties are allowed and quiet hours are from 10 PM- 9 AM, with a $500 fine for any noise complaint. No indoor smoking is allowed, including but not limited to cigarettes, hookah, vaping, pipes, cigars, and any cannabis use; outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, and all windows/doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors, with a $500 fine for violation. If you would like to bring a pet, you must inquire before booking regarding breed limitations and agree to the pet policy, with a $100 non-refundable fee per pet to cover the additional cost of cleaning. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later and check out is at 11 AM. To help ensure the safety of our guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras that capture and record audio and video; no unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus is allowed, with a $1000 fine for violation. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced and full legal names of guests must be provided upon booking. Only standard-size personal vehicles are permitted for parking, and no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles, buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed, with a $ 500 fine for violation. Includes a desk area for remote work or trip planning. Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation via message before receiving check-in instructions. Host reserves the right for service providers to access the exterior of the property to maintain landscaping, provide pest control, and provide other maintenance services during the guest's reservation. It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence. Crypto mining or similar activities are not allowed. Any guest who would like to have packages delivered at all must first obtain host permission; no packages may be delivered to the property outside of the guest’s booked and paid reservation dates, and receiving USPS mail is not permitted. Once the stay has been completed, it is mandated that guests refrain from leaving luggage or personal belongings upon checkout.
