An old fashioned walk-up from 1878. The house is in downtown Jersey City, around the block from Hamilton Park. The front of the house faces south, and gets a lot of sun. The building is within walking distance of the PATH, the Newport Mall, several supermarkets, and some reasonably priced, little cafes. There is a public library nearby. A laundromat is on the corner, about 25 feet away from the house. There are also CitiBike rental stations nearby. The Holland Tunnel and NJ Turnpike Extension are only a few blocks away. There are inexpensive street parking permits available from the city. Each apartment has two bedrooms and one bath, a living room, and dining room. Each unit comes with a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and two air conditioners.
