Hello, I am looking for a roommate for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium located at the Blue Sky complex in the Vista Ridge golf course community in Erie, Colorado. The roommate would have a private bedroom with mountain view and private bathroom, available August 1st 2023 through February 28th 2024, with option to extend lease. The sublease monthly rent is $1000.00 which includes 1/2 utilities, internet and complex amenities. The security deposit is $500.00, plus renters insurance. The unit is furnished and has a washer/dryer although you would furnish your bedroom. Location is easily accessible (off of Hwy 7), close to I-25. Walking distance to golf course, restaurants and shopping. The community has playgrounds, club house with fitness center, hot tub, pool and volleyball grounds. I would like someone who is respectful and friendly plus cares about keeping things neat and clean. I have a sweet Labrador dog that is very friendly. Unfortunately, no additional pets per owner. No smokers, credit check and income verification please.
