The main level features an 8-player poker table, bumper pool, and a premium dart board. The living room is modern and inviting with plenty of seating, a large TV, and an NBA Jam arcade machine. Adjacent to the living room, the dining area features a table that seats 8 and extends up to 10. Each of the four bedrooms on the second floor is equipped with its own TV. The entire third floor is dedicated to the primary suite, offering a private retreat with a king-size bed, a sitting area with table and chairs, and a private en-suite bathroom. The garage has been set up as a dedicated recovery space with a dry sauna. Up to two dogs are welcome with a flat fee of $125. Requests for a third or fourth dog are subject to approval and an additional $100. Whether you’re visiting for an OSU weekend or a downtown Columbus trip, this home delivers style, space, entertainment, and an unbeatable location. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints. Smoking inside the house is prohibited and will result in a $500 fine. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed. Please keep noise to a minimum when outside during quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean. Includes a dedicated office set-up in the primary suite.
