Mostly families and working professionals, the community is located on 5 acres of lushly landscaped grounds in a serene atmosphere that is almost impossible to find in this area of Los Angeles. Amenities include 2 heated pools & spas, koi ponds, large grassy picnic area, and ample guest parking. Available for lease is a privately-owned 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, second-floor apartment on the grounds right next to the canyon that separates the property from the estates across from it. Outside of the bedroom and living room windows is a view of the park next door, allowing tree-filtered natural light to fill the rooms during the day. Covered parking underneath the unit (1 reserved spot) is adjacent to guest parking. There are no units in the building above or below. This unit is available furnished or unfurnished. No pets. Shared laundry. Looking for at least one, preferably two previous rental references in the application process. First month's rent and security deposit will be due at signing.
