All of these are located on the main floor, which is finished with hard wood floors throughout. The kitchen is complete with a gas range, dish washer, and side-by-side fridge. Upstairs, you'll find the third bedroom, as well as a bonus room that can be used as a living room or seating area. The upstairs is fully carpeted. There is an unfinished basement, perfect for storage, that houses the washer and dryer. The home is cooled using wall mounted mini split system in the upstairs area of the home, but there is no central A/C. The backyard is well manicured and fully fenced in. There is a garage in the back, however, the garage door does not operate. The garage should only be used for storage. This home is in a great location with nearby restaurants, retail, downtown Edgewater and Sloan's Lake Park, which has 3 miles of trails, sports fields, playgrounds, and picnic areas.
