If has two bedrooms, one bath, living room space and full kitchen with new cherry wood cabinets and island with onyx slab on top of island and countertops. All the utilities (electric, sewer, gas, trash, & water) are included in the rent. This unit is 750 sq.ft so is not large enough for a large family. The unit has it's own private entrance thru the side gate of the house. I parking spot in house front drive way. Unit ideally for one or two people.
