The open yard on the front and back of the property are maintained by the owner. There is off-street parking available as well as plenty of on-street parking. Tenant pays for Electric and Gas. Owner pays for Water, Sewer, and Trash. The property was built in 1951. There is central heat, but no A/C. This is a cat-friendly property. No more than 2 pets maximum. There is an additional $300 deposit per pet and an additional $35 monthly fee per pet added to rent. Pets will have to be up to date on their shot records and over a year old. Unfortunately, no dogs.
