This home is beautifully furnished with impressive theme room decor and a large theatre room for hours of fun. Relax with a refreshing dip in the private pool and spa and enjoy everything this unique home and upscale community amenities has to offer. The outdoor dining area and complimentary grill use are included. Pool and spa heating costs an additional $45 per night with a minimum of three nights, charged separately from the booking. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay; weight restrictions apply. For stays of 20 nights or longer, a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled every two weeks. You're just minutes from top restaurants, Disneyworld, and have the most convenient access to Universal and SeaWorld. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. Guests must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a responsible adult. Only registered guests may stay overnight; a list must be sent prior to check-in. Vehicles parked in violation of parking rules may be towed immediately. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited due to fire hazards; using charcoal grills may result in a fine of up to $500 and eviction. The resort facilities are operated by a third party, so availability is not guaranteed. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through a verification portal. Check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed the verification portal. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, a 49” TV, and a bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 2 (master) has a king-size bed, a 49” TV, and a bathroom with a tub and shower. Bedroom 3 has a queen-size bed and a shared bathroom with a shower with the Princess room.
