This balcony also provides direct access to the pool and hot tub deck. Parking is available in the lot facing Ocean Blvd, with no passes needed. Portable grills are not permitted on the balconies or patios. Garbage should be deposited in the dumpsters located on 29th Ave. N. No flammable fluids, explosives, or hazardous materials are permitted in units. Common areas should not be obstructed with bikes, floats, or chairs. Boats, trailers, golf carts, or oversized vehicles are not permitted to park in the lots.
