Quiet hours are observed from 11 pm to 7 am. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted. Events are not allowed. Please treat the home and common areas with respect. No glass or pets are allowed in or around the pool area. Children under 12 years of age require a parent or guardian to be in the pool area. Please do not hang towels or bathing suits on balconies. All garbage should be secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters located on 29th Ave. N.
