Parking is available in the lot facing Ocean Blvd, and parking passes are not needed. No boats, trailers, golf carts, or oversized vehicles are permitted to park in the lots. Portable grills are not permitted on the balconies or patios. Located directly across the street from the public beach access at 29th Avenue North in Myrtle Beach, this condo is super close to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer. Enjoy a Starbucks and Ben & Jerry's across the street, a 3-block walk to the renowned Sea Captain's House with an oceanfront bar, and less than 1 mile from Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, and the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. Quiet hours are observed from 11 PM to 7 AM. No pets are allowed, and smoking is not permitted. Events are not allowed. Please treat the home and common areas with respect. No glass or pets are allowed in the pool or surrounding enclosure. Children under 12 years of age are not allowed in the pool without a parent or guardian.
