This apartment is ideally located just 1 block from City Park and 5 minutes from Cheesman Park and the Botanic Gardens. It's 8 blocks to Sprouts Farmers Market, 8 minutes to Cherry Creek Shopping District, and 10 minutes to downtown Denver, RiNo, and LoHi. Red Rocks is a 30-minute drive, and ski resorts are 1 hour and 30 minutes away. Nearby hospitals include St Joseph, Presbyterian St Luke’s, and Rose, which are 5 minutes away, and UC Health University of CO and Children’s Hospital CO, which are 15 minutes away. The apartment is dog-friendly with a strict no cats policy. Pet rent is $90 per dog per month. Ensure your dog is added to the reservation to collect the pet rent. All properties are non-smoking and non-vaping, with violation resulting in damage fees. Check-out time is 10 AM, with a $50 fee for every additional 30 minutes past check-out.
