Located one block from City Park and five minutes from Cheesman Park and Botanic Gardens, this apartment is in a safe and quiet neighborhood next to the park. It's eight blocks to Sprouts Farmers Market, eight minutes to Cherry Creek Shopping District, 10 minutes to downtown Denver, RiNo, and LoHi, 30 minutes to Red Rocks, and 1 hour and 30 minutes to ski resorts. Nearby hospitals include St Joseph, Presbyterian St Luke’s, and Rose (5 minutes away), and UC Health University of CO and Children’s Hospital CO (15 minutes away). Check out time is 10 AM. Failure to check out on time will incur a $50 fee for every additional 30 minutes. The host controls central heat from a single thermostat for the building's steam boiler system. Guests control window AC units and ceiling and tower fans. This apartment is dog friendly, but has a strict no cats policy. Many guests work from home, so please be mindful of the noise coming from your unit due to pets, music, and children as to not cause a disturbance. A warning will be given for any reported noise disturbances, and additional disturbances will result in eviction from the property without any refund. All properties are non-smoking/non-vaping, and violation of this policy will result in damages fees. You are responsible for removing all personal property at the time of check out.
