About This Property
-----Listing is for SINGLE ROOM ONLY----- Looking for 3rd housemate in 3/2 1350 sq ft house, located off Villa Maria by TruFit in Bryan. Available from August 1st, though start date may be negotiable. Room is unfurnished, and includes built-in combination desk/bookshelf, as well as a window seat, closet, faux hardwood floors, and a private full bathroom as well. Two cats and a corn snake already live here, so pets (a dog, cat, small animals) are welcome provided they are not cat aggressive. There is a garage for storage, and a backyard with a covered porch as well. Your share of rent would be 450/mo, plus 1/3 utilities-gas, water, electricity, and internet (usually around $100 per person, depending on time of year/usage). We are a couple, both in our early 30s and aren't partiers or smokers, with one of us working from home full time. The rowdiest it gets is the occasional board game night. Please message to meet/set up a time to view the room. $400 security deposit and background check required.

If you are moving to Bryan, Texas, get ready to fall in love! Downtown Bryan is exquisite, from the historic false-front architecture that will bring to mind cowboys on horseback to the intricate brick-lined sidewalks and the beautiful landscaping that surrounds you. But Bryan is far from the typical Western town. This city borders College Station, home to the largest university in the state, Texas A&M.
While Bryan and College Station are close neighbors, Bryan has its own identity. It's close to Texas A&M University -- about five minutes away -- and Bryan is considered the cultural hub of the region. It is filled with theaters, restaurants, and art galleries.
