The apartment also includes an in-unit washer and dryer with starter detergent provided. Parking is available with garage capacity for 1 vehicle and driveway parking for 2 vehicles. Mid-size SUVs or smaller are recommended for the garage. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee: 1 hour for $59 and 2 hours for $89. A mid-stay cleaning reset is available for extended stays for $175, which includes refresh cleaning, trash removal, and fresh linens. Pets are welcome with a fee of $15 per night for 1 pet (capped at $195) or $25 per night for 2 pets (capped at $295). Sustained noise over 80 dB for 5+ minutes triggers alerts, and repeated violations may result in fines up to $2,500 and removal. No parties or events are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted; unauthorized guests may result in fines and cancellation without refund. Pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival, and failure to disclose pets or pay applicable fees may result in additional charges or cancellation. All guests 18+ must complete ID verification prior to check-in, and failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund.
