This property is in a good location. We have only had a few cars stolen the last few months. The manager will boot your car if you do not register your disability with her first and explain why you must use a blue parking space even if you have a permit. Just be aware.
For rent is the nicest/cheapest apartment in the city! This complex is known to be safe because the cops come all the time. The condo association is broke and no maintenance is being done so please don’t ask the manager for anything. The city of Albuquerque doesn’t know about the stairs so please don’t tell them. If you are young and strong you can skip a step until the old ones fall off and then they will fix them. The hot water gets turned off often to fix old pipes. Sometimes other crazy tenants pull fire alarm at night so it’s best for nurses or someone who works nights. Lock your doors at night. There is a man with a mask and hat who follows people around in the parking lot and records them. Other than that if you can have some street smarts this isn’t a bad neighborhood.
