This cute 1-bedroom apartment is comfortable, quiet, and well situated. It is 1.5 miles from University of New Mexico (bus stop within 1 block), close to the airport and Kirtland AFB, and provides close access to the I-25 via Gibson. It is in the Victory Hills neighborhood, which is generally calm and similar to the Nob Hill area. Restaurants and amenities nearby. The complex provides safety features including gated entry, a night-time security patrol, 10 pm quiet-hour enforcement, and verified parking. The free utilities, lovely courtyard, and swimming pool are nice to have. The place itself was remodeled this year, giving it a clean and welcoming feel. The place is impressively quiet for a condo, and the neighbors all seem good. The inside washer-dryer is a plus. Plenty of storage in the kitchen and closets. Very nice layout. Amazing sunset views over the west side. Great apartment for the right person!
