It's Dismal
It's a single bedroom apartment that I'm currently sharing with my room mate for $600 a month, $300 split between the two of us. It's a very old building, so it's not in the best of shape, and we constantly have to worry about things that are still problems inside of it such as water damages which gives way to mold(I have to sleep in the room that has all of it), and every so often, bugs will get in due to who-knows-what even when we have all of our trash cleared out and when we clean up the place as best as we can. We want to move to a nicer apartment somewhere in the Frederick area, but with apartments costing upwards of $1000 , there's no way we can do it unless we're working two or three jobs at a time!
