Property Ratings at 28 Macombs Place
I've lived here for 2 years and it is time to go! Pros: great location near two subway stops, laundry matt and grocery store, split two-bedroom, eat-in kitchen, and nice sized living room. Cons: no laundry (the listing lied) but there is a laundry matt across the street. Super, he takes forever to respond or is a no show. He doesn't work on weekends so either plan to go into work late during the weekday to chance him coming or don't get it fixed. It's best to email the leasing company first, he is more likely to do it then. We had a bug/rodent issue a few times and is the main reason why we are leaving. My suggestion bug bomb it yourself every 3 months or so. If this is a space you are looking to be in for just a year it is cool. Year 2 is when things get bad.
