It is super close to the school and one of many other RPI rentals on the same street, so students really feel like part of the RPI community, even while living off campus. 28 Christie is massive, with huge ceilings and great light thanks to the many enormous windows throughout the house. There is parking for 2 cars (yay!) and a landscaped yard with a picnic table for social gatherings. We also recently completed a community mural on our detached garage, promoting kindness, inclusivity and unity for all. We just purchased this house in March 2020 and completed a full gut renovation, including: -increased bedroom size with full beds -brand new wood floors in the bedrooms and living rooms -brand new marble tiled bathroom and vanity w/ a claw foot tub -brand new kitchen tiles and cabinets -yoga room on the covered porch Who doesn't want to live in a house with brand new everything? 28 Christie is the place for you!
