A pool heater can be added to your reservation for $35 per day with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. Baby items such as a Pack n' Play are complimentary for all stays, though sheets are not provided. Extra concierge services are optional and not included in the reservation price, such as early check-in, late check-out, and mid-stay cleanings. Please check prices and availability. This property is not pet-friendly, but service animals and emotional support animals are welcome with a written request at the time of reservation. Misrepresenting the use of a service animal is a second-degree misdemeanor. The screen doors of the pool enclosure are padlocked for safety and security, accessible only by pool cleaning staff once a week. Grills are not allowed on the property. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $250 fee. Excessive trash left in the house will result in a $100 fee. The property has a regular pest control service, but sightings of wildlife or pests may occur without refunds. For Uber, Lyft, or similar services, drivers must provide photo identification and proof of requested service to gain access to the community. Guests must provide an email to receive communication, including the contract for signature and check-in instructions.
