This townhouse features a full kitchen equipped with all the appliances and cookware needed for quick breakfasts or relaxed family dinners. Initial supplies include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, a single roll of toilet paper per bathroom, enough laundry detergent pods for up to two loads, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are also available. Enjoy central air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort, a washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. Families with little ones will appreciate the provided high chair and Pack ’n play. Parking is available for up to three vehicles on the property. Guests are required to pay an Emerald Island resort fee of $20 per vehicle upon check-in, payable by credit, debit, or Apple Pay. The prestigious Emerald Island Resort is a gated and guarded community, encompassing over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres, offering a calm retreat surrounded by a conservation area. It serves as a haven from the larger world while remaining central to everything Orlando has to offer. This is a non-smoking and no-drugs property, and any violation of these rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. Quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 8 am; guests are asked to be considerate while socializing outdoors and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Check-out time is 10 am, and staying beyond this time may incur a fee of up to $300. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. The home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless agreed upon in writing. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless firearms are kept locked in a vehicle. Guests are asked to take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure and report any damages immediately. While the property is professionally sprayed for bugs, guests should be aware that humidity and bugs are a natural occurrence in sunny Florida, and mosquitoes may be unavoidable.
