Original wood floors, wood shiplap walls and wood ceiling. Washer and dryer are included. Off street parking. New blinds, new stainless steel appliances and new paint throughout. Walk to parks, library, lake, lake park, walking and biking trail, restaurants and the Lake Dallas Elementary and Middle School. Building was built by the Woodman of the World organization in 1908 with a general store on the first floor and lodge hall upstairs. It was originally located at the corner of Main Street and Alamo Avenue but was moved to its current location in the 1950s. The outhouse was moved at that time as well. Rent is $1295 per month with a $1295 deposit. No pets. Water is $50 per month and electric is not included. Trash service is included.
