About This Property

I am looking for someone to take over my lease which ends on March 3rd, 2022. My lease is signed for the base rent of $1,534/month. I went and asked the office today how much the same floor plan on the second floor is going for and they said $1,860!! You are saving $326 PER MONTH if you take my lease! It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a double sink, a full balcony, two huge closets, and a beautiful bright kitchen. The leasing office is super friendly and helpful. The property is GORGEOUS and the pool is open all year. I feel VERY SAFE here. The neighbors are very friendly as well. If you’re interested, message me and I can show you my apartment. Then you would apply just as you would if you were getting any other one, with a new application, background check, income verification, etc. You will have full responsibility for the lease and my name will be completely scrubbed from it.
