Windows are all double paned which keeps the apartment very well insulated. Over 1700 square feet. Views are unbelievable. Available now. I found a home to purchase sooner than I anticipated and I need to get out of my lease. if you take the lease as of September 1st, I'll pay your first month's rent myself. Or I'll give you cash if that's what you prefer. It's a stunning, large apartment and you won't find anything like this building for the price in all of Manhattan or New Jersey. I would happily stay if I hadn't purchased a home.
