About 2720 S Veitch St Arlington, VA 22206

This apartment is on the top floor of a four-floor building so you don't have to worry about noise from surrounding neighbours. It is a spacious 1-bedroom apartment with vaulted ceilings and a walk-in closet. Additionally, it has a washer and dryer in the unit and a fully functional kitchen with a dishwasher. There is also a patio which gets sun in the evening, perfect for sitting out on the porch after work and enjoying a glass of wine or beer. It's tucked away in a bit of an ally so it's quiet for the area. With how quiet it is, you would never guess that the entrance to 395 is just outside the community but there it is, easy access to everything. There is also a grocery store less than 5 minutes down the street, and the Village at Shirlington is also less than a 5-minute drive away. If you drive, there is a giant parking garage with plenty of parking spaces and a ramp to your floor so you don't have to climb a bunch of stairs (unless you're trying to get in shape then there are plenty of stairs for you to climb). It also keeps the snow ice off in the winter so you don't have to plan in that time to clean off your car. If you take mass transit, it is right off the bus route. For amenities, they have about 3 different large gyms, a package concierge which is as wonderful as it sounds, a business center and dry cleaning/laundry service. For when there is warm weather, there are also little garden/grill areas scattered throughout the community (about 1 per 2 buildings), perfect for an afternoon grill or just having some drinks or BBQ with friends. They also have, not one but two pools where you can get your tan on or swim. As if that wasn't enough, they even have a mini park in the heart of the community with plenty of seating. Lastly, this place is very dog-friendly with minor dog restrictions and amazing dog amenities including multiple dog runs, a dog park, and dog disposal / bag dispensers scattered throughout the community. They also have a dog center where you can wash, dry, and generally "pamper" (or torture) your dog. They even have nail clippers in case you don't have them! For dogs, they do have a one-time fee of $500 and a recurring monthly fee of $50. it would be a 12-month lease minimum starting June 1st with rent at about $1,740 per month which is about 2 thousand less than I got it for. Utilities are not included but they don't tend to run high. I don't think I spend more than $40/month including gas, water, and trash.
